Don't dump your trash other than in a trash can.  I can easily pick up two grocery bags a day along Gulf Meadows street; while walking my dogs.

Cars/vehicles with flat tires setting in driveways for days, months and some years.  They can easily be donated or SOLD.  This is in section one of Gulf Meadows 7000 blocks only. I don't walk my dogs in the back sections 2,3 &4 off Fugua in the 8000 blocks.
