Can some one in charge EXPLAIN to residence that the 1st monday of the month means just that. Heavy trash has been sitting out a week ahead of time because some think it means the 1 ST of the month. MONDAY is the key word.

When heavy trash is placed out front of a home too early a VIOLATION letter is sent to the homeowner. Also the deed restriction committee has also been turning these addresses over to the City of Houston 311 Heavy Trash Violation. It has come to the committees attention the placement of heavy trash on West Road Esplanade. When this occurs homes adjacent to the trash are getting a violation letter also. |
