I know we have a bulk pickup once a month, but how long in advance can items be put out? One neighbor missed the pickup and someone must have complained, so they put it in the back of an old pickup truck and there it has sat for over two months in their driveway. Could someone drive down Stillwater Trail and take a look. This has to be a city ordinance violation. Having family over for Thanksgiving was quite embarrassing to say the least.
