NEW PROCEDURE FOR LANDSCAPE ISSUES:

The Landscape Committee (of 4), and 4 other residents met last night (10/28/02). Steps are being taken to collect information and produce a quantifiable list of our landscaping needs. You will be contacted in the near future (Dec/Jan) for your important opinions on a quantifiable list that will be used to receive PW landscaping bids.

Since the Park West HOA board (Hammonds), Marylyn/Goodwin (Park West manager) office & Susan Hoover (Circle C Landscaping) ''did not receive any complaints in the past about landscaping''. *This is truly Amazing - especially since I sent many myself*
ALL RESIDENTS are asked to send their issues via email to 3 email addresses (these can always be found in the ''contacts'' section of this site).

Why 3 addresses? 1 is to landscaping, 1 is to Marylyn, and the last is sent to me. I am to collect all landscape issue emails and give them to the landscape committee as PROOF that you have sent an email to the above.

Everyone here in Park West needs to know about this, make sure your neighbors know about this new procedure. Let your neighbors know they can get this web address at the mail center. It is the only way we will have PROOF.

I would also like to get EVERYONE'S email address for easy future communications.

The next Landscape Committee will be in the 1st week of December.

Residents are fortunate to have a concerned group among us to work on this project for the good of all. I urge anyone who has had issues with Landscaping to help Sal track our communications. The less specific complaints common to all are well-known by now: lack of attention to plantings, weed growth, loss of mulch etc. The solution to our troubles lies within our reach, if we are persistant.
