It seems like the Gate at Fox Creek is being left open. I thought that the
gate was programmed to be closed from
7pm to 7am. (Dusk to Dawn is best.)

Did the builders request a change in the hours of operation? Is it a mechanical problem?

Does anyone know if your remotes work on the gates? They had stopped working recently and I haven't checked it lately.

I see no rhyme or reason, especially lately. We were never given remotes, and wish we had them. A letter to Marilyn Childress on this subject has gone a month with no answer. I think the construction crews have something to do with it. In the meantime the gates give very little protection, and a lot of inconvenience if you have no remote.

to see if they have any remotes. Marylin had left some with them for new residents. If not, call Marylin at
Goodwin Management. (750-2883) E-mail never gets a response. I've learned you have to call. Hopefully, you won't
have to drive all the way up to North
Austin to their office to get one.
