There should be a blue reflector in the center of the street to mark the location of each fire hydrant. Most of them are missing due to construction traffic. (I guess.) I thought it was a city ordinance and it is a safety concern. It makes it easier for the fire department to find black fire hydrants. I'd rather have blue reflectors in the street than neon orange fire hydrants!
