Would someone please let me know if there is any code violation with ''street parking''? Are our streets owned by the city or are they private? I really feel that something needs to be done about this. There are certain residents who instead of using their garages, decide to use the street as their personal parking space on a daily basis. Some cars haven't been moved in months! I can understand visitors, but not homeowners. Our streets are not wide enough and it feels at times like an obstacle course. Besides, it's an eyesore for our neighborhood. I have contacted Marilyn Childress about this around a month ago and no response. Any helpful insight would be greatly appreciated!

We have been here over two years and it has gotten progressively worse.. What?’s hard to understand is that
some residents have empty garages and empty space in their driveway and they choose to park in the street. Our management company is not doing its job.
I have talked with people from other management companies and they can't believe what goes on her in Parkwest and Circle C. Things are changing and will get better after the homeowners take over over
