Susan Hoover and I spoke in length yesterday. She is very interested in doing what ever she can to make Park West happy. Her 1st step in this process is a promise to post monthly updates right here on our web site. THEY WILL ALWAYS BE HERE FIRST.

She also promised to reply to anyone who has a landscape issue. If you have an issue - use the 3 email addresses in the contact section. If you do not get a reply within a 24 hr working day let me know. She has made an effort to make this new commitment to Park West...lets see how it goes.
