I heard the words directly from Steve Bartlett on plans for storage facility - a place to store boats, campers, and other things for circle c residents. He lives in Rollingwood - why not here in cirlce c if he is so enamored with the place. Why? Because he has interests in development of circle c and surrounding areas. Don't you think that's a conflict of interest and unethical for a board member? Why fight walmart when he can slide a storage facility in at circle c? He says he can make it look nice and fit in with the environment. Couldn't the same be said of walmart? More circle c residents will use walmart than will use a storage facility. Think about it. Who do you want running the homeowners' association?

Hard time getting to the site?

I have no doubt in my mind that Steve Bartlett is the architect of this whole con game. I saw his signature (authorization) everywhere in those financial documents.

I wonder how much of his investment money was the hard-earned money of YOURS and MINE?

Denise Nordstrom, a past employee of Bartlett, says ''Trust Us'' with an email using the residents email system.

Bartlett gave her the management contract without any bids.

''Never mind that man behind the curtain!'' she says.
