Many of us agree with you.? In one of your discussion threads, someone wrote that nobody cares.? This couldn't be further from the truth.? I prefer not to restate what has already been said.? There are many? neighbors in my part of Circle C who also agree, but do not enter into the discussion.? They would also overwhelmingly support a change in board members and operating proceedures.? I believe a new model should be used for our HOA, with a minimum? 7 member BOD instead of 3.? http://www.newport-hoa.com/? is? a very good example.? They have a wonderful web site disclosing board members (5),? newsletters, meeting minutes, budgets, etc., with a professional management.? And they are only a 112 home community!? I am sure there are thousands of models.?

Keep plugging away, the support is very high as you likely already know.? Information and keeping everyone informed is the key and what the BOD does not want.? Unfortunately the the fox is guarding the hen house right now.
