Yesterday, Judge Mureur signed an order that denies the Rigsbee, O'Rielly & Bartlett motion to reconsider her previous rulings.

By this signed final order, Rigsbee, O'Rielly & Bartlett are not allowed to ignore the previous temporary injunction (to hold an election), and they are also ordered to release the CCHOA email list. This member liberty, to the list and all other CCHOA books, records and papers is part of your rights as stated in the CCHOA governing documents.

The signed order also forces Rigsbee, O'Rielly & Bartlett to publish the voter list as stated by Texas law, and it outlaws any caps on your voting rights. The actual order, signed by the judge will be posted within 24 hours at: www.williamgammon.com/CCHOA/index.html

Rigsbee, O'Rielly & Bartlett will soon send out a message, to give you an option to ''Opt-Out'' or take yourself off the email list. If you chose this option, you'll also not be able to receive ANY CCHOA communications.

If you want to stay on the CCHOA email list, but don't want to be on the opposing email list, you can simply set your email controls to block email.

That nefarious CCHOA Board would be allowed to have a legitimate meeting to deal with Circle C business. There's no telling what schemes O'Reilly and Rigsbee would concoct. They might actually do something other than deal with lawyers.
We might freely exchange e-mail in private.
We might talk amongst ourselves as neighbors trying to live in peace; with hoor and respect.
We might actually live without all of Austin knowing about the petty little nonsense you and Batman have wrought upon us.
We might be able to return to a normal life without worrying what SOS has planned to disrupt this development next.

A number of us figured out, that since it's our HOA, and we pay the dues, that it's up to us to straighten out the corruption and self dealing here in Circle C, where ever it lands.

By the way Jim, Since you don't even own a home here in Circle C, why would you even care what others do in the CCHOA? You can go to a million HOA meetings, and it doesn't change the fact that you don't own a home here in Circle C. You simply don't have an HOA.

Seriously, a neighbor of mine is hot on the trail of tens of thousands of dollars missing from the HOA 2002 budget alone. That's real money Jim, not to you, but all my 5,000 plus neighbors who actually have a home, and pay into the HOA. But, I could see how that neighbor who is spending time to track down where the money went, would just be a trouble maker to the likes of you.

If you call the way the dealings are in CCR ranch NORMAL, then I want to know what abnormal is Mr. S. ,Mr. Joker. I have NEVER lived in a development where the BOD are such control freaks HIDING the facts (3 people that is) from thousands of homeowners.
