Thank you for posting with your actual name. It's been a while since a BOD supporter has used a full name. Also, thank you fo calling me an activist, one of our neighbors who didn't have the courage to use their name called me a hoodlum on this message board. A hoodlum or criminal is someone who is lawless. Being on the same side as a resident lawyer, who is seeking fairness through the court system is not lawless.

Maybe you can understand this. If the BOD followed their own rules (our governing documents), or was open to any input from the members, we would not need to spend a dime on lawyers. Instead the BOD has not produced documents, that we as members have the right to see.

They have stated that they would be happy to have full disclosure - but when we ask, they say NO. They have lied to the members of the CCHOA, the mayor and now even the Judge.

I just found this out, so I know you didn't know the last one. They misrepresented themselves when they told the judge they needed 10 days to hand over the list. They told the judge they wanted to give individuals a chance to ''Opt-Out'' of the list. That is NOT what they are doing now. 2 of our neighbors on the BOD are going to trash the most efficient communication tool our community has. That list is not only owned by 2 people. It's owned by 5,000. They lied to the Judge.

I've been waiting for someone that supports the BOD to read these posts and have the ability to debate issues, any issue. Someone who has some sort of individual thought process. Someone who can support the BOD, but is not simply sheep. Could that be you? I would love it, if you could read any of the above posts and have a real opposing detailed thought. Is it possible?

It's a good thing our country was not full of sheep about 200 years ago. We'd have a king/queen, be eating crappy food, and all have horrible teeth.

I truly want to understand how anyone can blame the ''activists'' for the destruction of the whole email system, when this nuclear approach is unnecessary, contempt of court and the decision of 2 of 5,000 owners of the CCHOA communication system. And based on a misrepresentation to a Judge.

What will it take for you to stand up and use your backbone Brandon?

The concept of sheep is actually quite different than your idea of ''submissive.''


In Israel, once, a film crew was shooting footage of a Christian sectarian segment with a shepherd's sheep in the background, at a watering hole. As the cameras were running, it was noticed that a second man appeared with his flock. They mingled all together, and the Christian commentator was befuddled: he wondered out loud how they were going to tell whose sheep were whose.
Just then (after 10 or 15 minutes), the one shepherd made a move to leave; made some kind of whistling/clicking sounds with his voice; and, his sheep separated from the others and FOLLOWED HIM.


Remember, animals do not follow whom they don't respect.

Respect, it seems, is EARNED.

Once again Susan, you've made a post and managed to add NOTHING to any of the debates about real Circle C issues. I wish you would just try a little harder or get some assistance. Cindy was sure no help.

Your stories are amusing, can you tell us the one about the cheesecake, the weasel with a mouthful of Skittles and the shiny french horn again?

Fact of the matter is that you and your resident lawyer (my neighbor) brought a lawsuit against the CCHOA that nobody wanted. The only thing you've mattered to do is divide a community that was once one of the strongest in Austin. (or out of Austin as it once was) Because of your insistence to bring the email list public, it has been basically demolished. The basic flaw in your entire sheep argument and your ridiculous comparison to the events that led to the freedom of this country is this: In the 1800's, people were unhappy with the heavy handed British rule that caused undue hardship on the people. In Circle C, most people are very happy with the neighborhood that we live in. The only people that are causing any controversy and unrest are you and your people.

Lawsuits are not the way we do business. That's the way that the SOS people do business. The same people that fought against our neighborhood for many years. The same people you are now aligning yourself with. You do not speak for the majority of people in this neighborhood.
