I've been checking this post for replies - for someone to prove Sal wrong with facts. I want to know why the ''old'' BOD didn't submit a claim on the insurance to pay the lawyer fees for the lawsuit.

Does ANYONE know besides the ''old'' BOD and the insurance company? Haven't YOU asked? Aren't YOU even the LEAST bit curious? Don't you wonder why the insurance company dropped our HOA?

No one stepping up to the plate?
Game over for lack of defense. I have a feeling we ain't heard nothin' yet.
