We own two properties in Circle C and have been extremenly disappointed with the HOA's actions.

Denise is a waste of time as far as I am concerned. More people like you should be in charge. It's the people who own property like you and I who are the ones interested in protecting our property values.

I am certainly grateful to all concerned HOMEOWNERS in CC North for taking this initiative.?  Unfortunately I was out of town during the time this project became apparent (only a couple of days!).?  I was notified via telephone from my wife that it sounded like someone was in the backyard with a 'woodchipper' and I thought she was probably exaggerating but upon return I could walk out my back yard and see the 'swath' that had been created for these OVERHEAD power lines.

Thanks again for getting involved neighbors!?  It is so obvioulsy apparent that CCHOA does not monitor any situations or deed restrictions in CC North.
