Voters' List (aka who's paid)
When I contacted the HOA regarding this issue, they said that the list was drawn up in January and they had not seen a reason to draw up a new one, DESPITE the fact that they knew dues were still coming in because the deadline had not expired when the voter list was made up.
They tried to tell me that it would be very expensive to maintain a list of members in good standing and to provide this list on demand. This is one of the more ludicrous statements I have ever heard. Heck, give ME the list and I'll stick it on the Internet and update it every darned day. It's not THAT big a list! Are they carving them in stone using their fingernails?
