INCOME & EXPENSE STATEMENT OF 2004

Swim Center - Longhorn Aquatics $27,500

Swim Center - Rental & Guest Fees $ 3,782



In your e-mail, you stated that:

Swim Center Rental for other events 2004: $3,150


Can you see that there is a discrepancy here? Could you please explain this? Thanks.

Yes.

At the physical end of 2004, Longhorn Aquatics had paid us $27,500. The amount I reported included the rental payment that I knew was made for December which was credited to the books after the aforementioned amount was captured for reporting purposes. The difference in what you quoted and what I reported is equal to the monthly LA rent for 2004 of $2,500.

The Swim Center rental number I gave you was for rental only. The difference between the line item you are asking about and the amount I reported to you is guest fees collected.
