Dear Your Honor:
Thank you very much for hearing my two cases.
At the time I filed my above cases, I thought Justice Court would handle this kind of lawsuits; I was wrong. I do not have the legal knowledge and resources to pursue the above cases any further, and therefore, I wanted to request you to dismiss the remaining three lawsuits.
I have been investigating the Circle C Homeowners Association?’s financial scandal for almost two years. Based on the hard evidence that I had discovered so far, I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that we, Circle C homeowners, have been victimized for many year by the Developer, Gary Bradley, and our former Directors of the Board who are friends and employees of Gary Bradley.
I have already contacted the District Attorney?’s office and Internal Revenue Service for this matter. They both agreed to take a good look of the evidence and then decide whether they would open a criminal investigation.
Cause # 067837 Lisa Sun vs. James M. O?’Reilly
I wanted to especially thank you for scolding Mr. O?’Reilly at the trial. I was very, very satisfied with your scolding. To me the scolding was much more rewarding than the refund because it served like a therapy, relieving my anger bottled up inside me for years.
