If you own a cat in El Paso there is a leash law even for cats. If your cat is out taking a crap in someones yard it is your responsability to clean it up. I do not own a cat or a dog so I should not have to clean crap out of my yard due to a pet owner not being responsable I am going out to buy a trap and I will call animal control to come and pick up these pests in our neighborhood.

This is so true!

Call animal control if my dog was out running around the dog pound would pick him up so why not the cats. These cats do make a mess in our neighborhood.
