The Trees

They hand delivered a few this week. A bunch went out today (Thursday). The remainder will go out tomorrow (Friday).

I don't know if anybody has thought of this, but I did have an odd thoght:

I was in the 100% group on the map, but for those in the 50% group, does this mean that the gas company is paying the other 50% to the other mineral rights holder?

RTHA, the HOA negotiated this and I do feel bad for our neighbors getting 50%. Some have posted that they feel like they got hornswaggled (sp?). Perhaps if the other half got that other half of the money, we would all be a bit less suspicious.

The "other" 50% owner has signed a gas lease with Dale. We do not know the terms of that lease, but we speculate that it is not very high paying.
