We had some high-schoolers spinning out in the cul-de-sac's on Tigris last year; however when complaints were made, their parents then began threatening those who reported their little darlings. (The one I witnessed met the criteria for a "terroristic threat" but the person did not want to press charges) I guess rotten apples don't fall very far from the tree.

I appreciate that anonymous33, I remember making bad choices as a kid and the punishment my parents inflicted on me. Plus. didn't think the law needed to be involved. We are all neighbors and would expect someone to let me know if my teenagers did wrong. Thanks again, you are a neighbor I want living by me.
