Hello, I am a resident of River Trails and we own a roofing company.  I just had mine replaced today, and based on the Hail storms we have had lately, I would venture to say alot of homes in the River Trails edition are in need of a new roof.  You may not know it because it can be hard to tell from down below but once you have it inspected there is definitely damage that has been done by these storms.  Most insurance companies will give you a year to file a claim.  Therefore, we would love to give you an estimate to replace your roof and we are willing to work with your insurance company to insure they cover all possible damage.  We know that times are tough and because of that we are also willing to work with you to save you from having to pay some if not all of your deductible.  Nobody asked for these storms so we feel that nobody should have to pay for them or at least not pay alot for the.  Please call us at 817-909-0184 or respond to this disucussion and I will get back with you.  Have a great day!
