Hi everyone

I was just curious with the gas leasing companies pulling offers and bonus checks will we still get the wall by the street or can they cancel that part of the lease agreement.

I know it will now be tough to get remaining people to sign a lease for the lower signing bonus as well.

There are a number of us that have yet to receive our full sign on bonus(into the street) so if agreements are being reascended those of us who signed in good faith should receive our full bonuses before a wall!  Everyone should have been paid additional funds into the street, if you live on a corner or in a cul-de-sac your bonus should be higher, I would like the phone number for our neighborhood representative so that I may speak to them personally, my contract is with them not rthoa.

Carrizo is NOT "pulling offers" or bonus checks. They are NOT paying a "lower bonus". What they ARE doing is waiting for the banks to resume lending. They depend on those loans to do day to day business. The banks will loosen up very soon and Carrizo will resume normal operations. The "wall" is still a "go".
