The Trees

I'm not sure who to report this too however a 10pm tonight a group of teens from what I assume was left over from the earlier fights that broke out between Large groups of teens at the end of sanjoaquin and by the school were still on school property and a yellow chevy truck with black racing stripes and a grand marquees color silver or white pulled up in the shhool circle and shot off guns at the the group. When I approached the group and advised that they needed to go home I was told they do not live around here and that I could f myself. So I would like to propose a neighborhood joint watch on next Halloween to curb the groups from gathering and also on a side note stop the buses from dropping large groups of teens to trick or treat our neighborhood. River trails is a safe place and halloween is about the kids not bullies. I would have never got in my car and drove to find out what's going on had my nephew not been terrified of the teens. The police came out earlier to brake up the fights however they did not do any more portals on the groups and make sure they left our neighborhood. I live on San Joaquin and have kids in river trails elementary and they should be safe to enjoy the holiday in there own neighborhood. Next rant. I would like to know what the heck are kids in high school doing out on a elementary property on a school night at 10pm. Were r there parents!
