Who can I speak with to examine two danger of falling trees on my neighbors property. If these tree are uprooted or should fall great injury &/or physical damage will occur. A high risk factor exists. This was reported (written & documented) over ten months ago to The Trees HOA Management office & the owner of the property. I've been told by the Management Office Representive (Mike) this notification has been presented to the Board (months ago). I have received no notification. I HAVE BEEN IGNORED!
