We just purchased a home in Treyburn Lakes and I cannot find any information for a Homeowner's Association. Is there one, and if so, can anyone provide contact info for the board members? This is a company that purchased the property, not an individual, and I have to find out certain information (dues amount, how often billed, what the dues cover, etc.) in order to list the property after renovations are done and we're ready to sell it. Or are the dues on a voluntary basis? If so, what does that cover?
