We have spoken to the association members a few times in the past six years about unkept yards. They tell us that members of the midvale park association travel through all neighborhoods and look for and report discrepancies once a month. If this is true, I wonder how they keep missing some yards on the north side of Jack Burnett Loop. Maybe because the weeds are only half way up to the window sills.
