Hello,
As i'm sure most of you that read this board are aware - our neighborhood is great and cute and close to all the great things in tucson. i moved in 2 years ago and have been fixing up my house ever since, and housing costs in our neighborhood are rising, far beyond what most of us paid. BUT, i'm increasingly frustrated by certain houses (we all have seen a few) around my street that have junk in the yard, weeds to your knees, broken windows, cars on blocks, the crack-house-ish outer decor... And i'm curious what can be done, there has to be something. . is there a possiblity of a Rosemont west ''clean up your yard please'' newsletter. a fine? a friendly suggestion? Frankly, it reflects poorly on our neighborhood, lowers property values and brings in a bad element.
