Tucson Drive Neighborhood Watch

On day one of our program, one-fifth of the neighborhood signed up. Not bad! Statistics show that neighborhoods with a collective effort watch program in effect have reduced their crime rate by 85%. I did not speak to anyone yesterday that had not been vandalized or had property stolen. That is sad. We do have an excellent opportunity to do something about it. Let's see what happens.
