 You are RIGHT ON!.. there needs to be an across the board boycot, dont pay, they gotta shut it down eventually!

I don't think you guys understand what it takes to keep up a neighborhood even with minimal maintenance.  

300 bucks a year is next to nothing for a neighborhood association, especially one with a golf course, club house, and boat ramps.  

I've seen neighborhoods with 200 bucks a month dues where we only had 1 small pool and over 400 units.

I don't think you understand that the dues are absolutely ridiculous for what we get. If you actually read the replies to my original post you should understand where everyone is coming from... Oh but pardon me, you're on the board... huh?

YOU are the exact reason nothing changes... you think there is nothing wrong with the policies currently in place because they benefit, who? YOU. Assholes like you are the main reason we have a problem.
