Hi folks;
I currently have some underutilized space at Bluehost.com, with my own domain. I'm no "web whiz" but could probably get a basic forum package installed and offer access to anybody in the neighborhood who might like to participate in the discussions. The advantage there would be that it would be strictly dedicated to the neighborhood, would be at a hosting service that has had a great "uptime" over my last ten years of using it (I'm not hosting locally, so it wouldn't depend on my current substandard internet access) and wouldn't have any of the "HOA," "Land Management," etc advertising of this site. This is my motivator, since I'm "data capped" at 10Gb on my satellite connection and the advertising eats up my allowance.
Just tossing it out there. I'm willing to stay here if nobody feels the need to move.
