Mission

Twin Oaks Housing Corporation’s Mission is to develop, own, rehab, and manage low-income housing with supportive services for the special needs populations.

Vision

Twin Oaks’ intent is to assist with filling in the gaps in services in Montgomery County. By ensuring that families and individuals who are in need of assistance in the prevention of homelessness or who are in need of care are provided the support and services necessary for the effective intervention and prevention of future incidents of homelessness.
