"RESIDENTIAL RAW TALENT" is meant to be a door for new and upcoming talent and a vehicle for existing talent. RRT has been veiwed on public access television, Channel 21, since March of 1993. Currently it shows at 10 PM on Tuesdays and 4 PM on Friday afternoons.
RRT can also be seen at 7:30AM on Sunday Mornings on local channel 17.
