So, I got a thing in the mail today about a 30,000 sq. ft. live work thing they want to build where the bird bath place was on 48th and Division. Sounds like it will have 28 units, only 11 parking spots, 4 stories tall, and I can't tell from the land use mailing, but the ground floor units may or may not be commercial... I just can't make sense of it.

I'd like to see something go in there, even something mixed use. But this sounds like a bad plan.
