Strangers

I'm with the other poster - be careful confronting kids you do not know. Thankfully no one got hurt.

I was taught it was disrespectful to cut through other's property regardless of the time of day. The fact that those kids ran off makes me wonder if they were really just passing through. My gut would tell me probably not, but then again, I'm not a teenager...who knows what goes through their minds.

At the very least, the parent of the child who lives in the subdivision is aware of what happened. Hopefully, she will discourage it from happening again.

Sad...

The sad thing here is the parent was not FULLY supportive of the adult's actions. Last time I checked that was called trespassing and is illegal. If my son was brought to my door by a neighbor and that had happened my son would have been apologizing to that neighbor - NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!

Let's support the adults of the neighborhood and maybe we won't have as much problems with the kids of the neighborhood!!
