I am curious to know if anyone has noticed a recent increase in the number of LOOSE cats around their property. At 505 Balboa, we have at least 4 different cats roaming through our enclosed backyard patio and one which boldly sits next to the patio door. The spraying is horribly obnoxious and I am tired of it. Not sure what we can do about it. Comments?

Cinnammon or Hot Pepper
Heard that Cinnammon sprinkled over the ground/plants works to keep cats at bay - will check to see if this is reliable information when I go to my volunteers meeting with the Irving Humane Society Tuesday evening.
If you know they are strays, Irving Animal Control might be able to help(972) 721-2256.
Obviously, the best solution for all of us is responsible pet owners who have their animals neutered and also keep them in the house!
I'll be back with you -

Animal Control
They won't come unless you have it caught already. They won't chase after it.
