a new category for Transit Oriented Development. The first part of this zoning to be drafted is the most dense,
TMU-30, for largest sites such as Gates and Belleview (about 50 acres each). TMU-20 and -10 will be drafted for sites that can handle less dense
development. We are concerned about the Colorado Center area and its impact on UP.
