University Blvd. Closure

Sunday, August 29th

Greetings!

Crews are scheduled to remove the temporary bridge structure that spans
University Boulevard just south of I_25 during the daytime on Sunday, August
29.  This demolition work is being done during the daytime to minimize the
impact of nighttime noise on the surrounding neighborhoods.

This work will require the complete closure of University Boulevard between
Buchtel Boulevard and Iowa Avenue.  This closure will be in effect from 7
a.m. Sunday, Aug. 29, to 5:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 30.  All on-ramps and
off-ramps in the interchange will remain open.  During this closure,
motorists will be directed to use Franklin Street or Colorado Boulevard.
