We are beginning to update the UP Framework Plan we completed in May, 2000, so that we can use the City's newly
created guidelines to re-work the information into the proper new format. We need your help with this survey:

1. Do you believe the three major concerns we agreed upon in 2000 are still important? They are:
The impact of new residential construction in UP
The impact of automobile and light rail (TREX) traffic in and around UP
The impact on UP from University of Denver on-campus development
and from DU property within UP

2. The City asks us to be much more specific now. Please identify more
detailed concerns, such as certain intersections, certain locations where
zoning does not "match" (e.g. potential of high-rise by small homes), or
other special issues we need to focus on.
