University Park

I live 2 blocks SE of the UP School and every day I get caught in the morning and afternoon traffic jam on St. Paul St. caused by parents picking up and dropping off their children. It is unbelievable the way some parents park, drop off their children on the west side of the street so that they have to cross St. Paul to get to school, and block traffic waiting for a place to park. Over the years the school has placed signs indicating a drop off zone, but no one seems to pay any attention to these. This causes such a disruption to our neighborhood and provides an unsafe environment for children and drivers. We raise such a ruckus about DU traffic and parking, what about the UP School?
