a. 2285 Pine Street – Companion Unit CUP – Richard Clark
Review for companion unit requested for alley behind 2285 Pine, Mission Hills.

b. 4454 Campus Avenue – Jackson Residence – Bonnie Jackson
Review of plans for replacement of rear unit at 4454 Campus, University Heights.

c. Walnut Street Street Vacation – Sean Delalat
Discussion of proposed street vacation and preliminary discussion of development at northeast corner of India Street and Glenwood. Applicant is applying for vacation of Walnut, a paper street that runs perpendicular to India.

d. Robinson and Herbert Street Tentative Map Waiver – Bruce Damann
Review of requested map waiver for under construction townhomes in Hillcrest.

III. Project Review – Preliminary Review

a. Laurel and State Streets – Northeast Corner – Bruce Damann
Initial presentation on project slated for this corner in Banker’s Hill.
