III. Consent Agenda Action Items

a. Wimpey Residence #11967 – David Barber – Neighborhood Development Permit for proposed 400 square foot addition to existing companion unit at rear of 1805 Altura Place, Mission Hills. (Vote of 9-0-0 – Bonn, Edwards, Epley, Gabriel, Gardner, Hyde, Kapsa, Sachs, Simon. Motion by Gabriel, 2nd by Hyde)

IV. Action Items – 1 hour, 20 minutes

a. Montana Lofts Condo Waiver #13081– Rick Goldman – 5 minutes – Process 3 Advisory Review for condo waiver for under-construction Montana Lofts at 4055 3rd Avenue, Hillcrest.

b. Fir Street Map Waiver #8329– Michael Hancock – 15 minutes – Process 4, Advisory Review for approval of condo waiver and undergrounding of existing overhead utilities for existing 9 unit apartment project at 424-440 Fir Street, Banker’s Hill/Park West.

c. Mission Florence #9170 – Ian Epley – 30 minutes – Process 2, Neighborhood Development Permit to reduce the required sideyard setback from 6' to 4' 8" and increase the allowed floor area by 716 sq ft for 18 residential units with 5,500 sq ft of commercial space on a 14,664 sq ft site at 3964 Albatross Street and Washington Street.

d. 1818 McKee Street Project #6574 – Kathleen Ferrier/Reese Jarrett – 30 minutes Process 3 Site Development Permit– Advisory Review for proposed replacement of two units with four townhomes with underground parking. Project includes reduced interior side yard setback, street yard setback and off-setting planes on a 0.13 acre site at 1818 McKee Street.

IV. Informational Item

a. MidCity Historic Preservation Proposal – Leo Wilson – Presentation and discussion on policy proposal to help preserve more of Uptown’s historic single and multi-family properties.

V. Sub-Committee Reports – 5 minutes
