II. Project Review – Recommendations for Advisory Review

a. 1818 McKee Street Project – Kathleen Ferrier, Carter Reese – 20 minutes – Proposal for replacement of existing structures with four townhomes. Project includes setback deviations.

b. Mainlander Residence – Phil Reyes – 10 minutes -- Proposal for 2nd story addition to residence at 4297 Randolph Street, Mission Hills..

c. West Upas Street Vacation – Mike Tudery – 20 minutes – Proposal for street vacation with view easement for property at 410 West Upas (@ Brant) Bankers Hill.

III. Information Items/Preliminary Review

a. Park and Robinson/Exclusive Cleaners – Neville Wilsmore – 15 minutes – Site Development Permit and Map Waiver for 6 story, mixed use building with 37 residential units at 3744 Park Boulevard, Hillcrest. Project has been through one review cycle

b. Chevron CUP – Leslie Bernside – 15 minutes – Discussion regarding applicant’s proposal for CUP to allow 24 hour service at service station at 1832 W. Washington, Middletown. Project has been through preliminary review but not yet submitted to city.
