San Diego Rescue Mission Neighborhood Advisory Committee Convened
On February 13, 2003, the San Diego Rescue Mission Neighborhood Advisory Committee held its first meeting. The committee was formed as a result of the November 19, 2002 approval of the Conditional Use Permit allowing the San Diego Rescue Mission to relocate and consolidate its services at 120 Elm Street, the old Harborview Hospital.
