D. Advisory Review – Historic Designation of Fine Medical Building – Appeal of Historic Designation – Marco Vakili/Mark Jennings – Lennar Properties. Request for advisory review of the appeal of Historical Resource Board’s designation of the commercial building at 5th Avenue and Redwood Street. 10-minute presentation. 10-minute discussion.
