II. Project Review – Recommendations for Advisory Review

a. 1818 McKee Street Project – Kathleen Ferrier, Carter Reese – 20 minutes – Proposal for replacement of existing structures with four townhomes. Project includes setback deviations.

b. Mission Florence – Ian Epley – 15 minutes – Advisory review on proposed 18 unit project at Washington and Albatross in Mission Hills.

c. Wimpey Residence (1805 Altura Place) – David Barber – 10 minutes – Presentation on proposed small addition to existing residence.

d. MidCity Historic Preservation Proposal – Leo Wilson – 15 minutes – Presentation and discussion on policy proposal to help preserve more of Uptown’s historic single and multi-family properties.

III. Information Items/Preliminary Review

a. 8th Avenue Townhomes – Bruce Damann – 10 minutes – Presentation on proposed 4 unit townhome project for parking lot to the south of Bank of America parking lot on 8th Avenue in Hillcrest. Ministerial project would adjoin existing apartment complex.

b. Falcon Street Pocket Park – Lara Evans – 10 minutes – Introduction to community discussions regarding a proposed pocket park on city-owned paper streets in Mission Hills.
