b. Cairo Tentative Map Waiver – Safdie Rabines Architects – 5 minutes –Tentative Map Waiver for condominium conversion of under construction 16 unit project at 3788 Park Boulevard. Hillcrest.
c. Columbia Street Tentative Map Waiver – Chuck Shackleford – 5 minutes – Application to waive the requirements for a Tentative Map to convert 10 existing apartment units to condominiums at 3005-3023 Columbia Street, Middletown.

India Chalmera Community Plan Amendment Initiation – Bob Bokken/Bret Tullis, Carrier Johnson Architects – 40 minutes – Applicant is requesting to initiate a plan amendment to the Uptown Community Plan to redesignate approximately .34 acre site located at 3625 through 3645 India Street from Medium Density Residential (15-29 dwelling units/acre) to High Density Residential (44-73 dus/acre). Request is for 38 for-sale condominiums with 6 retail spaces on India and underground parking for 69 vehicles. Current zoning could accommodate up to 25 units. Middletown/Mission Hills.
