5:15 b. 4021 First Avenue Townhomes – Developer: Distinctive Homes; Architect: Faktura Architecture - Kevin Pollem – Proposed 4 unit townhome development with setback and stepback deviations. Hillcrest. 5 min. pres/15 min disc.

III. Project Review/Design Review

5:35 a. 1636 Meade Avenue Tentative Map Waiver – Katie Galvin – Request for a condo conversion for an existing 7 unit development. University Heights. 5 min. pres/10in disc. (potential consent agenda item)

5:50 b. Mansour Residence – 311 W. Robinson – Architect: Pedro Garcia – Site Development Permit to increase the maximum floor area, reduce setbacks, increase height and reduce parking for a single family home. Hillcrest. 5 min. pres/20 min disc.
