a. 1818 McKee Street (Heisey Residence)- Process 3 Site Development Permit- Presentation and discussion on proposed revisions to the project to bring it closer into conformance with applicable zoning codes- Reese Jarrett - 40 minutes

b. Taste of India Street Restaurant Row Temporary Street Closure – The event is scheduled on Tuesday, February 10th from 5-9pm. The Business Improvement District is proposing closing India Street from Washington to Chalmers. The BID is requesting a letter of support from Uptown Planners for this event. Gerrie Trussell - 10 minutes

c. Adoption of boilerplate language for future Tentative Map Waiver/ Condo Conversion applications. 10 minutes

VII. Information Items – (30 minutes)

a. San Diego Rescue Mission – Presentation and Discussion on Settlement and move-in timeline- Jim Jackson – 30 minutes
