a. PASEO DE MISSION HILLS - 800 W Washington Mission Hills Shop Ctr - (Mission Hill Shopping Center Block) – (Process 4 - Site Development Permit – Historic- Tentative Map) - RS Lawrence Development, Developer; M.W. Steele Group, Architect - request to construct a mixed use development including 61 new residential condo units and 20,000 sf of commercial area in a 6 story building. Including, the rehabilitation of two potentially historic buildings on Washington St which include the rehabilitation of 8 existing affordable apartments. Mission Hills CN-2A & MR1000 (Approx. pm-15 min presentation/30 min discussion) –
b. PROMONTORY CONDOS ST VACATION/SDP/TM The Promontory – 6th and Arbor M.W. Steele Design – Process 5 – 15 minutes – Follow up informational item on design work on proposed 12 unit condominium project on steep slopes at north end of 6th Avenue. Note: project includes proposed vacation of portion of paper street. Hillcrest MR800B (Approx. pm -5 min /15 min)
c. UNIVERSITY AVE TM – 301 University Ave Condos – (Process 4 - Tentative Map) Mike McFee, Developer, La Jolla Pacific; Neville Wilsmore, Architect, KMA – Tentative Map to create for-sale units in the proposed 14 story mixed use project containing 51 condo units with ground floor commercial space. Hillcrest CN-1A & MR800B (10 min. presentation / 25 min discussion)
c. PARK BLVD TM - 3620 Park Blvd Condo Conversion - (Process 4 - Tentative Map) Lindsay Erickson, applicant; request to convert 11 existing residential units to condominiums. Hillcrest MR1500_ (Approx. pm -5 min /15 min)
