Discussion on potential mixed-use reuse for former Euphoria Coffee site.

III. Project Review – Projects Submitted to City

a. 2nd and Laurel – Lennar Homes – Marco Vakily
Initial presentation on project slated for land adjoining Temple Beth Israel site.

b. Capri – Park Boulevard and University – CityMark – Russ Haley/John Bredevelde
Initial presentation on CityMark’s project at Egyptian Theater site.
